The much-awaited Google Nexus 7 2016 is expected to hit the stores by Thanksgiving i.e November 24. According to information from highly reliable sources, the tech community will be able to view the official launch of Nexus 7 2016 by the end of November 2016. There are reports that the upcoming tablet will be integrated with Android 7.0 Nougat. If rumors are to be believed, the Nexus 7 2016 will be the first device in the market to ship with the Android 7 platform. Google is expected to release the new Android platform before the end of September. Adding more fuel to the fire, Google’s decision to suspend the sales of Nexus 9 has further strengthened the arrival of the rumored Google Nexus 7 2016. The new Google Nexus 7 2016 will be priced at approximately US$260.

On the specifications front, the Google Nexus 7 2016 is expected to ship with a Snapdragon 820 processor, 4GB RAM, and expandable internal storage. We don’t have any information about the exact storage capacity. However, there are rumors that the new Nexus 7 2016 will be equipped with 128GB internal storage.

The Nexus 2016 smartphones will be equipped with a 12MP rear camera with OIS coupled with an 8MP front-facing snapper. You can expect a 3450mAh battery with fast charging support. As expected, the new devices will be loaded with the brand new Android 7.0 Nougat. The main difference between Marlin and Sailfish will be in the display size.
Earlier, the original Nexus 7 tablet released in 2012 was a big success to the low price point. We also expect Google Nexus 7 2016 and the two smartphones will be priced attractively to compete with the links of Samsung Galaxy Note 7.
