Microsoft Azure integrates Ameyo Emerge cloud-based software

Ameyo Emerge has migrated to Microsoft Azure platform to enhance the customer service capabilities of the cloud-based contact center software. Touted to occupy a dominant position in the SaaS-based customer support, Ameyo Emerge will not only enable quick deployment of the product but also reduce the cost of ownership. Moreover, the integration with Azure enhances scalability and management irrespective of location.

Commenting on the development, Bishal Lachhiramka, CEO, Ameyo Emerge disclosed that the company is committed to enabling customers with modern capabilities to enable them to scale-up and remain competitive in a dynamic business environment. The migration to Azure will enable the company to build a process and technology to suit their business model.

By joining hands with Microsoft Azure, Ameyo Emerge reduces the organization’s customer and technical support budget by up to 30 percent. Moreover, with assured uptime on the cloud, Ameyo Emerge will be able to retain businesses including the building of applications at a quicker rate. Eventually, this will reduce total development time from start to finish.
