Samsung finally starts sending press invitations for launch the Galaxy Note 8 on August 23 at an event which is going to be held in New York City just as rumored. The invitation just gave a glimpse of the front end of the smartphone with a traditional stylus and a tagline that says ‘Do things bigger.’ The invite also indicates that phablet will retain the 2:1 Infinity Display similar to Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ handsets. Galaxy Note 8 has been subjected to numerous leaks and rumors that suggest that the Note 8 will sport the same design aesthetics and hardware configuration of Galaxy S8 series handsets. The device is expected to launch at a price tag of INR 72,000.
Further, the handset is expected to be launched with two variants i:e Exynos 8895 for the Asian market and Snapdragon 835 for rest of the global market. The handset may run on Android 7.1.1 Nougat OS and likely to pack 6GB of RAM, 128GB internal storage, 3300mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0, microSD card slot, and a dedicated Bixby button on the side. The device is rumored to be enriched by IP-68 certification and come in three color variants of black, blue, and gold.
