Meanwhile, the company is also scheduled to conduct a pre-CES event on January 4, 2017, ahead of the main event on January 5. We expect that the Kuala Lumpur event will be the Asia launch for the new phones. However, the company will unveil the new Galaxy A 2017 series globally during the CES 2017.
Moreover, fresh renders of the Galaxy A5 (2017) and Galaxy A3 (2017) have surfaced on a Dutch-based website. The image leak was followed by the rumored specifications of the upcoming handsets.

On the optics front, the Galaxy A5 (2017) will ship with 16MP rear and front-facing snappers. The camera specifications are almost similar to that of the Galaxy A7 (2017). In addition to NFC, the phone also provides support for NFC, 4G LTE, and Gigabit-WiFi.
Samsung Galaxy A3 (2017) will be equipped with a 4.7-inch display
If you look at Samsung Galaxy A3 (2017), the handset offers a 4.7-inch Super AMOLED HD display, Exynos 7870 processor, 2GB RAM coupled with 16GB internal storage. You will be able to expand the storage via microSD cards. However, there is no clear indication about the expected storage expansion limit.
