Apple and Reliance Jio have collaborated to offer iPhone users three months of free unlimited calls, data, and SMS through the Reliance Jio Preview Offer.
Recently, Reliance partnered with Samsung and made the Jio Preview offer available for Samsung smartphone users. Reliance has been developing the Jio 4G for a considerable period of time and has kept them restricted to the company’s Lyf brand of smartphones and some complimentary offerings. The Jio 4G has not yet been released openly for the general public.
Although recently, the company has suggested that the Jio 4G will be commercially launched real soon. Just a few days ago, Reliance offered the Reliance Jio Preview offer to the users of VoLTE supported Samsung smartphones, with unlimited calling, messaging and internet usage for three months totally free of cost. The offer also includes free streaming of live TV, songs on demand and on-demand video service for these three months.

Now, this offer seems to be available for the Apple iPhone users in India. Only iPhones supporting the VoLTE will be eligible for the Jio Preview offer. The iPhones supporting VoLTE are the iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone SE, iPhone 6S and the iPhone 6S Plus, and all of these qualify for the offer. The official announcement of this offer will possibly take place next week.

To get the benefits of this offer, MyJio application needs to be downloaded from the App Store into your eligible iPhone. After that, a code needs to be generated which will entitle you for a Reliance Jio SIM card. Then, you should visit a Reliance store anywhere in the country with valid identity as well as address proof and a passport sized photograph. Lastly after going through the necessary paperwork, you will get a Reliance Jio 4G SIM.
It is also being speculated that the Jio Preview offer will be made available for other brands having VoLTE capable smartphones.
