Panasonic has announced its newest smartphone, the ELUGA Arc with a 4.7-inch display that is fashioned out of 2.5D glass and is curved at the edges. The new smartphone is targeted at working professionals and comes with new age solutions that are meant to extend a seamless working as well as entertainment experience at the same time.
The new handset measures 139mm in length, 67mm in breadth, 8.1mm in thickness and will be available in one colour – Gold. The ELUGA Arc can be purchased for a price of Rs. 12,490 and comes along with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 chipset that is supported with an Adreno 360 GPU.

The phone houses a 2GB RAM with 16GB of internal memory, which is expandable up to 32GB with a micro-SD card. The Panasonic ELUGA Arc houses an 8MP camera with LED Flash at the rear and a 5MP front lens and is powered by a 1,800mAh battery that uses Quick Charge 1.0 technology that provides decent usage cycles on short charging times.
The fingerprint scanner allows users to maintain high levels of security for data on the device allowing users to access corporate data securely while maintaining compliance. The device additionally lets you lock applications and private data individually, which can be accessed by your fingerprint.
The IR-sensor on the phone also allows users to control a number of smart-devices around the household remotely.
The ELUGA Arc comes with support for 4G networks, offers dual-SIM capabilities and is future ready in terms of both work and personal fronts.
