Motorola has confirmed the roll out of Android 7.0 Nougat updates for a wide range of Motorola smartphones. In a blog post published on the official Motorola blog, the company revealed that Android 7.0 Nougat will hit its smartphones starting Q4 2016. Moreover, Moto Z and Moto G (4th Gen) will be the first to receive the updates.
Even though Android 7.0 Nougat update was launched for Nexus handsets, users without Nexus phones are still waiting to get the relevant update. It is in this scenario, Motorola has announced the roll out of Android 7.0 Nougat update for Moto Z and Moto G4 series beginning next quarter.
