German car manufacturer Audi has launched the ’35 TFSI’ petrol variant of the popular Audi A6 executive saloon. It is the top-most trim of the petrol version of the Audi A6 saloon and is priced at Rs. 52.7 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The Audi A6 Matrix 35 TSI also features the famed Audi Matrix LED headlamps, along with a new infotainment system and a 7-speed S-Tronic transmission. The car zips from 0-100 kmph in 7.9 seconds and reaches a top speed of 233 kmph, while its ARAI-rated fuel efficiency is touted at 15.26 kmpl. It also gets 18-inch forged aluminum hollow spoke alloy wheels along with an S-Line kit for the body.

“We had launched the new Audi A6 last year and received an overwhelming response from the customers. To build on this success, we are launching the new Audi A6 Matrix 35 TFSI with Audi’s new design language and enhanced equipment level. With the Audi A6 Matrix 35 TFSI, we want to reach out to India’s smart luxury car buyers and also cater to customers who want a fully equipped car in petrol,” said Joe King, head, Audi India.

King further added that the new Audi Matrix 35 TFSI raises the bar when it comes to innovative technology that makes it more efficient, powerful, intuitive and more sophisticated. Given the increasing demand and success of the Audi A6, King seems rather confident that the new Audi A6 Matrix 35 TFSI has the potential to set new benchmarks in the segment.
