Micromax has launched its first 6-inch display device, the YU Yureka Note, which company claims to offer great multimedia and gaming experience. Priced at Rs. 13,499, the smartphone will be available in single color option i.e. Black.
On the specifications front, YU Yureka Note (YU6000) features a 6-inch FHD (1080 x 1920 pixels) IPS Corning Concore Glass 3 display, 64-bit octa-core chipset clocked at 1.5GHz MediaTek MT 6753T processor, 3GB RAM coupled with a 16GB internal storage (expandable up to 128GB) and Mali graphics in addition to a fingerprint scanner.
The Yu Yureka Note comes with a 13MP main camera dual-LED sensor coupled with a 5MP front-facing shooter. Backed by a 4,000mAh battery with fast charging support, the Yu Yureka Note will offer all major connectivity options like 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth.
On the software side, the Yu Yureka Note will be loaded with Android 5.1 Lollipop, with the ability to upgrade to Android 6.0 Marshmallow in the future. The fingerprint sensor included with the device enables you to perform a wide range of activities, which is a big bonus taking into account the price of the device.
Based on the price tag of Rs. 13499, the handset will likely compete with the likes of the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3, LeEco Le 1s, and the Lenovo K4 Note since all the three devices are equipped with more or less same specs.

Just one day back, the retail product box of YU Yureka Note (YU6000) was recently spotted online on Twitter via @AadeepSingh. The leaked image clearly shows the specifications alongside the traditional white sticker with IMEI number, manufacturing month and other important data.
Micromax recently rebranded the company identity with a new logo, tagline and also disclosed plans to become an Internet company aimed at Youth.
