The Chinese smartphone giant Vivo has now unveiled a new budget smartphone dubbed as Vivo U10, under its new online-focused series in India. Priced at just Rs. 8,990, the phone offers Snapdragon 665, a massive 5,000mAh battery, triple rear cameras, and fast charging as its main highlights. Vivo U10 Specs & Features
The Vivo U10 features a 6.53-inch Halo FullView IPS display with HD+ (720 x 1544 pixels) resolution, 19:5:9 aspect ratio and a water-drop notch on top. Further, the panel offers a 2.5D curved glass on top and aids for a whopping 89 per cent screen-to-body ratio.
Under the hood, the device is powered by octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 665AIE SOC, clocked at 2.0GHz. The phone comes in three variants, offering up to 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage in the top-end model.
For photography, there’s a triple AI camera setup at the rear. This includes a 13MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide camera and a 2MP bokeh camera for portrait shots. Whereas, there’s an 8MP camera sensor up front for selfies.
On the software front, the Vivo U10 runs Funtouch OS 9.1 based on Android 9. Besides, it packs a massive 5,000mAh battery touted to offer 12 hours of YouTube playback or 7 hours of PUBG gaming on a single charge. Vivo has also included support for 18W fast charging.
Amongst other features, the device gets a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, system-wide dark mode, and Multi-Turbo for enhanced user experience. Connectivity options like Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, GLONASS, and dual-band WiFi are given onboard.

Price & Availability
The Vivo U10 price in India starts at Rs. 8,990 for the base model with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage. The 3GB/64GB and 4GB/64GB models, on the other hand, will retail for Rs. 9,990 and Rs. 10,990, respectively.
The phone will be available in Electric Blue and Thunder Black colour options with the first sale on September 29, via Amazon.in and Vivo’s own e-store in the country. Prime members will get exclusive early access starting noon on 28th September.
