OnePlus has been keeping its latest smartphone under wraps for quite a while, but OnePlus 3T is launching today as scheduled. The company took to Twitter to announce the smartphone launch date. The tweet includes a teaser which says T-7 coming on November 15, which increases the possibility of the highly rumored smartphone launch.
A while back, Qualcomm also posted on Twitter about the forthcoming phone revealing its Snapdragon 821 processor. However, it revealed one more significant detail about the camera, the Sony IMX398 sensor. Other than that, the Chinese smartphone brand has been successful in keeping the details under lock and key.

OnePlus 3T will be loaded with Android 7.0 Nougat
Based on the information available from rumor mills, the OnePlus 3T will not be different from the OnePlus 3. With Android 7.0 Nougat loaded into the phone, the upcoming OnePlus 3T will feature Snapdragon 821 processor. Hence, the new phone will be slightly powerful than the previous models, which has Snapdragon 820 processor.
OnePlus 3T will feature Sony IMX398 sensor
We don’t have any information as to what new features the phone will bring to the table. However, there are rumors that the 3T variant of OnePlus will feature a 16MP Sony IMX398 sensor. The rest of the features are expected to be the same with a 5.5-inch FHD display, 6GB RAM, 64GB of non-expandable storage and a 3000mAh battery.
The rumors suggest that upcoming new OnePlus variant could be sold at $479. This means the phone will be priced slightly higher than the OnePlus 3, which is available at $399. Hence, you can infer that the new OnePlus 3T will have additional features such as a large display or increase in RAM and storage up to 128GB.
Like all other OnePlus handsets, the forthcoming OnePlus 3T will also be available in unlocked versions in the US and other markets.
OnePlus 3, recently released by the company features a 5.5-inch Optic AMOLED FHD display, Snapdragon 820 processor, 6GB RAM, 64GB internal storage, 16MP/8MPcamera and 3000mAh battery with dash charging technology.
