Besides, the listing also suggests that the Moto Z may also get 3GB of RAM and 32GB of built-in storage. In addition, the Moto Z Play is also expected to come with a 16MP primary camera unit, along with a 5MP front-facing shooter. The smartphone is also expected to run Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow out-of-the-box.

While there’s no information about the battery capacity on the GFXBench listing, a TENNA listing earlier spotted suggests the device will come with a 3300mAh or a 3510 mAh battery. All the specifications revealed on GFXBench, reconfirm some of the device’s key specifications earlier listed on TENNA and Antutu. The smartphone is expected to come in Black and White color options, according to the images posted on TENNA.

Apart from the Moto Z Play, the company has two other smartphones that’ll be a part of the new Moto Z line-up – the Moto Z Droid and the Moto Z Force. The former is expected to pack a 5.5-inch AMOLED capacitive display with a pixel density of 535 ppi. The Moto Z Droid will likely run Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow out-of-the-box.

The Moto Z Force is expected to get a 5.5-inch AMOLED capacitive touchscreen with a pixel density of 535ppi. It gets the same processor, and the same amount of RAM and storage as the Z Droid and the only major difference is the camera. The Moto Z Force gets a 21MP primary camera with f/1.8 aperture, laser and phase detection auto-focus, OIS along with a dual LED tone flash. On the front, there a 5MP front-facing shooter for selfies.
