Microsoft seems sure of the success of Nokia branded feature phones. After the launch of Nokia 216 in India, the company has introduced yet another feature phone in the country, the Nokia 216 Dual SIM. The price of Rs. 2,495 is in accordance with what the feature phones cost and will be available in Black, Grey, and Blue color variants from 24 of the next month.

Nokia 216 Dual SIM Specifications

Measuring 118.0×50.02×13.5 mm and weighing 83 grams, the Nokia 216 Dual SIM comes in a polycarbonate body and features a QVGA display of 2.4 inches. The Nokia 216 Dual SIM by Microsoft doesn’t offer much, but then it’s also true that we can’t expect more from a feature phone. The news of this feature phone launch has come as a surprise since Microsoft is selling its feature phone division to Foxconn and HMD Global. Probably, this is the last feature phone by Microsoft.

It’s not certain if the Nokia 216 would success as smartphones has taken over the market, be it Tier-I, II or III. Bigger touch screen smartphones are preferred by everyone these days. But it’s a sweet deal for those who prefer compact phone with limited, essential features.
