HTC Desire 728 Dual SIM with 2GB RAM, HD display launched in India for Rs. 17,990

New Delhi: A Taiwanese multinational manufacturer of smartphones and tablets, HTC Corporation has launched HTC Desire 728 Dual SIM smartphone in India. The handset hosts new features, enhanced front and back cameras and dual 4G LTE connectivity.

The President South Asia HTC – Mr. Faisal Siddiqui said that the new feature-rich HTC Desire 728 Dual SIM features a unique design with a clean yet striking finish.

Equipped with a 5.5-inch (1280 x 720p) HD display, the HTC Desire 728 Dual SIM is powered by a 64-bit MediaTek 1.3GHz Octa-core processor with 2GB of RAM and HTC BoomSound speakers with Dolby Audio. The handset offers 16GB of internal storage, which is expandable up to 2TB via a microSD card.

The smartphone sports a 13MP AF BSI rear camera with LED flash support and a 5MP FF BSI front-facing camera. Both the cameras are capable of recording 1080p videos.

The HTC Desire 728 Dual SIM runs on Android OS with HTC Sense out-of-the-box. A 2,800mAh battery fuels the smartphone, which company touts to deliver up to 21 hours of Talktime on 3G.

Connectivity-wise, the dual NanoSIM (USIM + USIM) HTC Desire 728 comes with 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+, Standard Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.1, Micro-USB 2.0, 3.5mm stereo audio jack, GPS + GLONASS.

Priced at Rs. 17,990, the HTC Desire 728 Dual SIM will be available in two different color options i.e. Purple Myst and White Luxury. The handset will be available to buy from major retailers from coming week onwards.
