ZTE Blade V6 and Axon Mini launched in India: Price, specs details

ZTE has announced the launch of its Blade V6 and Axon Mini handsets in the country aimed at two different market segments. While the Blade V6 with its Rs. 9,999 price tag is aimed at the mass budget segment, the Axon Mini will cater to the slightly more premium segment and is priced a bit higher at Rs. 26,599.

ZTE Blade V6 Specs

Coming to the Blade V6, the smartphone comes packed for the course, which includes a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735 processor mated to 2 GB RAM along with 16 GB of native storage. Plus there also is the provision to add another 128 GB via microSD card slots. It offers a 5-inch 720 x 1280 pixel display and runs Android 5.0.2 Lollipop.

The Blade V6 also features a 13 MP camera at the rear that is further complimented by dual LED flash. Then there is also the 5 MP front cam for selfies or video chats. Power comes from a 2200mAh non-removable battery.

ZTE Axon Mini Specs

The ZTE Axon Mini as has already been mentioned caters to the most upscale section of the market and has matching specs. That includes a 1.2GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 616 processor that works in conjugation with an Adreno 405 GPU along with a 3 GB RAM and 32 GB of storage. The latter bit is again further expandable to 128 GB using microSD cards. It also offers a 5.2-inch full-HD Super AMOLED display with 2.5D curved-edge screen.

The handset, however, comes with support for just a single SIM and runs Android Lollipop. Also, it is a 2800mAh battery that supplies the power, which leaves for some more to be desired.

So far as the camera goes, the Axon Mini offers a 13 MP cam at the rear featuring Phase Detection Autofocus (PDAF). Similarly, there is also the 8 MP front cam that again boasts of a 5P aspherical lens for better selfie shots.

The Axon Mini also comes with a fingerprint sensor at the rear along with an eye-scan sensor as well for enhanced security. That apart, the Axon Mini has a premium feel to it; thanks to the aircraft-grade aluminum titanium alloy build that it comes with which exudes a sense of style and substance in equal measure.

Both the Axon Mini and Blade V6 will be available from all Hotspots in Delhi starting July 26.
