TCL Corporation has unveiled the brand new TCL 562 Android smartphone in India. The company has also brought four new LED Television sets in the country. The mobile phone is priced at Rs. 10,990, and the TVs are priced between Rs. 13,990 and Rs. 37,990.
TCL has exclusively partnered with Amazon India to bring their products to India. All TCL Electronics will be officially available only on Amazon. Right in the beginning of this month, the company launched the TCL 560 smartphone in India. The device features some eye matching biometric verification. It is available for purchase on Amazon with a price tag of Rs. 7,499.
TCL 562 Android smartphone
The TCL 562 is a mid-range device with decent specifications. It is powered by the octa-core MediaTek Helio P10 MT6755 Soc. The device comes with 3 GB of LPDDR3 RAM combined with 32 GB of internal memory capacity. The handset sports a 5.5-inch Full HD IPS display. Android 6.0 Marshmallow runs on the phone.
The rear camera of the TCL 562 is a 13MP unit with dual tone twin LED flash. The camera boasts ultra-fast auto focussing speed with the ability to focus in just 0.3 seconds. The phone features a 5MP wide-angle selfie camera with dedicated LED flash. The 4G LTE-enabled smartphone comes with the usual 802.11n WiFi, Bluetooth version 4.2, etc. A 2960mAh battery provides juice to the phone.
The phone will come in two color variants – Dark Grey and Metal Gold. It will be sold on Amazon for Rs. 10,990.
TCL, the third largest Television manufacturer on the planet, has entered the Indian market with four new LED Televisions. All the TVs will be exclusively sold in Amazon’s Indian website. The TVs range from 32 inches to 48 inches in size and are priced very competitively.
TCL D2900 TV Series
The TCL D2900 series features the entry-level 32-inch and 40-inch models. This series promises exceptional picture quality at affordable price. The TVs comes with a dynamic color mode while also having the ability to produce true colors. This series provides wide viewing angle of up to 178 degrees. Power consumption is also pretty low. There are two USB ports and two HDMI ports in all models of the D2900 series.
The 32-inch model comes with HD Ready (1366 x 768) resolution and is priced at Rs. 13,990. The 40-inch variant sports Full HD (1080 x 1920) resolution and costs Rs. 20,990.
TCL P1 TV Series
The TCL P1 series features high-end Smart Televisions with 43-inch and 48-inch size options. The TVs come with a host of multimedia capabilities like screen mirroring, native TV recording capability, and an App Store. The P1 series comes with in-built Bluetooth, Wi-Fi with Wi-Fi Direct, three HDMI ports, and two USB ports.
The 43-inch model sports 4K Ultra HD (3840 x 2160) resolution and comes with a price tag of Rs. 31,990. The 48-inch model features a curved display with Full HD (1080 x 1920) resolution. It will be sold for Rs. 37,990.
All the Televisions will be available from 3rd August 2016, and every TCL TVs comes with 18 months or 1.5 years’ manufacturer warranty.
