Pioneer India has launched its new series of touch screen AV players and head unit starting at Rs. 14,990. The company disclosed that the new in-car entertainment systems are manufactured with a focus on smartphone connectivity.
The recently released head units are compatible with steering wheel mounted audio controls. It has the ability to connect multiple mobile devices via Bluetooth for the purpose of both music playback and Siri voice control.
The AVH-X5890BT, priced at Rs. 29,990 features a 6.95-inch clear resistive type anti-glare touch screen LED display, AUX input, USB port, 13 band equalizer, todoroki equalizer, Mixtrax, in addition, to support for smartphone apps.
The device comes with AppRadio mode technology that enables you to view and manage music apps directly from AV player’s touchscreen with support for iPhone and Android. You will be able to work with applications like Navmii and Navitel in addition to EC touch for accessing weather information, finding nearby events, accessing internet radio and news reader.
AVH-X5890BT comes with listening enhancements with support for FLAC files. The device also makes use of Advanced Sound Retriever technology to improve the sound quality of compressed MP3 files.
The Time Alignment mechanism included with the player helps you to adjust speaker’s output timing based on the delay of sound from each speaker.
Pioneer India also released a new range of several 6.2-inch touchscreen LED display head units like AVH-X2890BT (Rs. 22,990), AVH-189DVD (Rs. 14,990), AVH-289BT (Rs. 18,990) and AVH-X1890DVD (Rs. 17,990).
The company provides a two-year warranty for all AV players against manufacturing defects through service centers all over India.
