Motorola is expected to unveil the budget handset Moto E3 in the UK in August for £100 with the splash guard nanocoating manufacturing process. The latest press renders reveal the smartphone from a few different angle but we are unable to find any drastic change from the image that was revealed during the announcement, a few weeks ago.
The Lenovo-owned company announced the arrival of Moto E3 on July 14. The company also released few press images along with the specifications just after the announcement. However, the company doesn’t reveal the amount of internal storage and RAM on July 14.
Motorola Moto E3 Specs: Storage, Processor, Battery
The newly leaked press render reveals that the Moto E3 will feature 8GB of internal storage. However, there is no mention about the amount of RAM integrated with the device. The recent leak also revealed that the Moto E3 will offer an ability to expand the storage up to 32GB storage.
Even though the original announcement did specify that Moto E3 will be shipped with a quad-core processor, there was no indication about the kind of processor. However, the today’s leak confirmed the presence of a MediaTek processor paired with a quad-core 1GHz processor. There is still no information about the processor and graphics model names.
The Moto E3 features a 5-inch HD IPS display, MediaTek 1.0GHz quad-core processor, 8GB internal storage (expandable up to 32GB), 8MP rear camera, 5MP front-facing snapper, 4G, loaded with Android 6.0 Marshmallow. A 2800mAh battery completes the package. You will not find a fingerprint scanner since the device is oriented for beginners and budget users.
Previously, it was revealed that the device will be launched in September. Moto E3 is same as Moto G4 Play in terms of specs. However, there is a difference in the processor and thickness.
Motorola Moto E3 Features abnd Release Date
The Moto E3 will be manufactured with the unique Splash Guard nanocoating to protect the device from spills. However, the device will not offer water-resistant capabilities. The device will have a reduced thickness of 8.6mm as against 9.9mm for the G4 Play
We don’t have any information about the launch of the thid-generation Moto E in the US and Asian continents. The device was recently spotted passing through the FCC. Hence, you can expect the arrival of Moto E3 in the US within few days after the official availability in the UK.
