New Delhi, August 20, 2015: Micromax Informatics Ltd., one of the domestic consumer electronics manufacturer, today announced the launch of its new tablet – Micromax Canvas Tab P680. Priced at Rs. 9,499, the tablet comes with built-in dual box speakers for loud and clear audio.
The Micromax Canvas Tab P680 features a (20.32cm) 8-inch WXGA IPS Display with Anti-Glare coating with the screen resolution of 800 x 1280 pixels.
Powered by the 1.3GHz Quad Core processor coupled with 1GB of RAM, the Canvas Tab P680 offers 16GB of inbuilt storage, expandable up to 32GB via a microSD card.
Running on the Android 5.0 Lollipop, the Micromax Canvas Tab P680 is the first Micromax tablet running on the Android Lollipop operating system.
The Micromax Canvas Tab P680 sports a 5MP Autofocus rear camera with flash support and a 2MP FF front-facing camera for video calling and selfies. The device is fueled by a 4,000 mAh battery.
In terms of connectivity, the Canvas Tab P680 comes with dual-SIM support, 3G, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, Micro USB 2.0 with OTG support, and 3.5mm Audio Jack port.
