Mi Note 3

Xiaomi has launched the Xiaomi Mi Note 3 along with the new Mi Notebook and Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 at an event in China. The design of the Xiaomi Mi Note 3 is a bit similar to what we have seen on Xiaomi Mi 6. It comes with an amazing front facing camera which makes it a selfie centric smartphone. The Xiaomi Mi Note 3 comes with the same design as the Xiaomi Mi 6; the back panel has the four sides curved glass.

It comes with 5.5 inches IPS LCD panel with Full HD 1920 X 1080 resolution and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. The phone is powered b the 64 bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 octa core processor which uses Kyro 260 cores clocked up to 2.2 GHz. The processor is coupled with the Adreno 512 GPU and up to 6GB RAM. The RAM and storage variants start from 4GB RAM + 64GB internal memory, 4GB RAM + 64GB ROM and 6GB RAM + 128GB internal memory. The internal storage is sufficient enough, so Xiaomi decided not to add memory card slot to the phone.

The camera part of the Mi Note is also solid; it comes with a 12MP + 12MP dual camera setup on the rear. Xiaomi also added that the same camera configuration was used on the Xiaomi Mi 6, Mi 5X and recently on Xiaomi Mi A1. The Mi Note 3 comes with 4 axis OIS and can zoom up to 2X optical zoom without losing the quality of the picture because of its wide angle lens.

The Mi Note 3 comes with a 16MP selfie camera with lots of selfie features like AI beautify and facial recognition. It comes with dual SIM dual standby setup, and it lacks the 3.5 mm audio port, Xiaomi boxed a converter in the box just like the Xiaomi MI 6. Xiaomi also released the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 and also revealed the Mi Notebook Pro.
