LeEco invests Rs. 200 million in CDLA audio technology

In an attempt to lead the global technological innovations, LeEco has invested a significant amount of money in developing better smartphones and audio technology. The company has recently invested Rs. 200 million in CDLA audio technology to refine music industry.

LeEco has partnered up with Eros Now and YuppTV, LeEco Le 2 and Le Max 2 users have access to 2000+ hours of movies, 3000+ hours or other AV content and 150+ live TV shows.

Following are the advantages claimed by the company:

  • 5TB clouds drive space
  • 50+ Big Ticket International Live Concerts and exclusive Live Streaming of Major Entertainment Events & Music Concerts Worldwide
  • A chance to tune into these top International Live Concerts – Live and Offline

LeEco is the only company in the world to have replaced the 3.5mm headphone jack with the world’s first lossless audio USB Type-C interface. While most phones use a 3.5mm audio jack, they employ the Hi-Fi digital audio reproduction, which results in distorted or lost sound. CDLA technology is meant to put an end to the isolation due to poor transport medium and greatly reduces the cost for the user to enjoy quality music.

LeEco Le 2 and Le Max 2 are set to go on a flash sale at 12 PM and 2PM respectively, today on Flipkart, and the CDLA earphones worth Rs. 1,990 will be given away for free with them. The registrations are open until one hour before the sale.

Both Le 2 and Le Max 2 bear powerful specs and cutting-edge design. Powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor, the Le Max 2 comes with a 5.7-inch display and it has a resolution of 2560×1440 pixels. Flaunting its metal unibody design, it packs a 21MP rear camera which features OIS for less blurry photos alongside a Dual-LED (Dual Tone) flash. The Le Max 2 also bears an 8MP front camera for selfie lovers!

The Le 2, on the other hand, is backed by Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 processor and has a 5.5-inch Full HD display. It features 3GB of RAM and 32GB of ROM and is equipped with a 16MP rear camera and 8MP front camera.
