Coolpad has launched the Mega 3 and Note 3S smartphones. Tagged as Amazon exclusive, the Coolpad Mega 3 and Coolpad Note 3sĀ handsets are priced at Rs. 6999 and Rs. 9999 respectively. The phones will be available for sale from December 7.
The main attraction of the Coolpad Mega 3 smartphone is the integration of a triple-SIM card slot alongside VoLTE support. When it comes to Note 3S, the handset is equipped with a fingerprint sensor on the rear.
Coolpad Mega 3 specifications
On the specifications front, the Coolpad Mega 3 features a 5.5-inch HD IPS display with a pixel density of 269PPI. When you compare the phone with other competing handsets, the amount of pixel density is less.
Talking about the internals, the Coolpad Mega 3 is powered by a MediaTek MT6737 quad-core processor, 2GB RAM, 16GB storage, which can be expanded up to 64GB. The Mega 3 smartphone is loaded with Android 6.0 Marshmallow with a 3050mAh battery.
The rear camera is equipped with an 8MP sensor with f/2.2 aperture, while the front-facing shooter offers an 8MP sensor with the same aperture levels. The front camera provides an 80.1-degree field of view. Coolpad Mega 3 is available in Gold, Grey, and White color variants at Rs. 6999.
Coolpad Note 3S specifications
Coolpad Note 3S features a 5.5-inch HD IPS 2.5D screen protected display, Snapdragon 415 processor, 3GB RAM, 32GB internal storage with expansion capability up to 32GB. While the rear camera is equipped with a 13MP sensor with f/2.2 aperture, the front-facing snapper offers 5MP fixed-focus sensor.
The Note 3S gets its power from a powerful 2500mAh battery with all standard connectivity options including 4G VoLTE. The phone will be available in Gold and White color variant at Rs. 9999.
Even though the specifications are not on par with premium flagship handsets, the new iterations from Coolpad will be useful for users who require a big display in the digitally transforming world.
