ASUS may unveil ZenWatch 2 at ZenFestival Event today in India [Rumor]

Rumors have been spread that the Taiwanese tech giant – ASUS is planning to launch its smart innovation and personal Android Wear Smartwatch produced in partnership with Google – ASUS ZenWatch 2 in India at its upcoming ZenFestival event to be held on 6th of August, 2015 in New Delhi.

While talking to an Asus executive in a special preview event few days ago in Delhi, we got a hint that Asus ZenWatch 2 could be the surprise which they might show off along with 3 new Zenfone series phones and 2 new tablets.

ASUS ZenWatch 2 is warily crafted with an elegant and detailed focused design to be a personal device that wearers can customize even more to express their unique sense of style.

The ASUS ZenWatch 2 features an AMOLED display covered by a 2.5D curved Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor along with IP67 protection, which means it is water-resistant and can survive a 1m depth dunking for around 30 minutes.

Combining classy sensors with all-day comfort, ASUS ZenWatch 2 works together with the all-new Wellness smartphone app to assist as a personal activity and fitness manager to help consumers keep their lives in balance and reach personal fitness goal.

The ASUS ZenWatch 2 will be available in two sizes, with the larger model (ASUS ZenWatch 2 WI501Q) measuring 49mm x 41mm with a 22mm strap and the smaller model (ASUS ZenWatch 2 WI502Q) measures 45mm x 37mm, with a 22mm strap. The Smartwatch also offers three stainless-steel case colors with 18 different strap material and color combinations.
