Adobe (NASDAQ: ADBE) today discharged new research, an authorized study led by Forrester Consulting for Adobe, which plans to evaluate one of the extraordinary intangibles in worldwide business known as creativity. The Creative Dividend overview demonstrates what makes an organization succeed.

This includes the capability to cultivate the development; create extraordinary ability and initiative, and a high level of brand distinguished, which is affected by its imaginative viewpoint, practices and society.

“For years, business leaders have focused on things like employee productivity, process efficiency and workforce planning as a key success driver for their companies. However, over the past few years, the mindset has shifted,” said David Wadhwani, senior vice president, Digital Media at Adobe.

He further continued – “Leading companies recognize the importance of another key success driver – the need to infuse creativity into all aspects of the business environment – from strategy and culture to innovation and customer engagement. Creative companies are 50 percent more likely to report a commanding market leadership position over competitors.”

In May 2014, Adobe charged Forrester Consulting to examine how creativity affects business results. It studied senior supervisors from more than 300 huge worldwide organizations over a various set of commercial ventures to see how creativity sways business results.
