The major global on-demand ride-sharing company, Uber has today launched its Cab operations in Patna, Bihar. Following the same, users in the city can now book rides on UberGO by simply downloading the Uber app.
For starters, UberGO is a low-cost Uber cab service that offers consumers rides in hatchbacks like the Toyota Etios Liva and Maruti Ritz. Moreover, it is cheaper than the premium UberX in the country.
This way, the UberGo service will offer riders in Patna at low costs. Indeed, it is a quick and practical solution to get around the city quickly and will help deliver a stress-free alternative for daily commuters.
The announcement for expansion to Patna comes two years after the launch of operations in Lucknow. The cab giant certainly has new aims for this year and is planning to invest heavily in strengthening its presence across congested cities in the country and share multi-modal transportation solutions.
That being said, it is quite easy to book a ride on Uber. Users need to download the Uber app via Google Play Store or Apple App Store and create an account. Once done, they can enter the destination and choose a ride option with the mentioned price. After booking, you will see your driver’s picture and vehicle details and can rack their arrival on the map.

To recall, Uber launched its services in India in 2013 with its UberBLACK service while the premium UberX service arrived later in 2014.
