Micromax’s affordable 3G smartphone, Canvas Spark is now exclusively available to purchase on Snapdeal. The device costs Rs.4,999. Previously, the company had sold more than 20,000 smartphones in less than two minutes in its very first flash sale
Kunal Bahl, Co-Founder and CEO of Snapdeal had previously speculated quite successful and positive response from the consumers regarding all the upcoming Micromax Canvas Spark flash sales.
Launched in April this year, Micromax Canvas Spark features a 4.7″ IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen with 234 ppi pixel density and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection.
The device is powered by a 1.3 GHz Quad-core Mediatek MT6582M CPU and Mali-400 GPU. Micromax Canvas Spark comes equipped with 1GB RAM.
Micromax Canvas Spark has an 8GB internal storage, which is expandable up to 32GB via microSD card slot. It packs a 2,000 mAh battery Li-ion battery.
Running Android 5.0 Lollipop out of the box, Micromax Canvas Spark has an autofocus 8 MP camera with LED flash as well as 2MP front-facing camera.
Connectivity wise, Micromax Canvas Spark features WLAN, Bluetooth, GPS/A-GPS, FM Radio and microUSB 2.0.
