Kingston KC1000 has a form factor of M.2 2280 with NVMe PCIe Gen 3.0 x4 lanes interface. It comes in three capacities including 240GB, 480GB, and 960GB. It comes with a sequential write speed of up to 2700/900 MB/s for the 240GB variant and up to 2700/1600 MB/s with 480GB and 960GB options.
