The first lot of Apple iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus is all set to hit the online and offline stores at midnight, October 16 in India. Both the handsets will be available in three different storage variants.
Apple has priced the iPhone 6S at Rs. 62,000, Rs. 72,000 and Rs. 82,000 for 16GB, 64GB abd 128GB variants respectively. On the other hand, the iPhone 6S Plus is priced at Rs. 72,000, Rs. 82,000 and Rs. 92,000 for 16GB, 64GB and 128GB models respectively.
Both Apple iPhone 6S and 6S Plus will be available in four different color option, which includes Silver, Gold, Space Grey and Rose Gold.

Indian e-commerce websites such as Flipkart, Amazon and Snapdeal have also listed the new iPhones on their respective portals. All three players are offering EMI options along with the purchases.
Telecom operators such as Vodafone, Airtel have got into partnership with Apple for pre-booking offer plans. The pre-ordered Apple iPhone 6S and 6S Plus will be available at over 200 authorized stores across the country.
The Apple iPhone 6S features a 4.7-inch (1334 x 750) display with 3D-Touch technology. Powered by a new A9 64-bit processor with M9 co-processor paired with 2GB of RAM, the handset sports a 12MP iSight rear camera and a 5MP front-facing camera for selfies. The handset runs on latest iOS 9 operating system out of the box and comes packed with a 1,715 mAh battery.

Moving to the Apple iPhone 6S Plus, it boasts the similar last year’s iPhone 6 Plus 5.5-inch LED-backlit Full-HD (1920 x 1080p) display. The display of iPhone 6S Plus also features Apple’s new 3D-Touch technology.
The iPhone 6S Plus is powered by an Apple’s A9 64-bit processor coupled with M9 motion co-processor and paired with 2GB of RAM. The handset also sports a 12MP iSight camera with dual Real Tone LED flash and Optical Image Stabilization (OIS). On the front, there is a 5MP FaceTime HD camera. The smartphone runs on iOS 9.
If you haven’t pre-booked the Apple iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus, it’s doubtful that you’ll be able to get one today, as the huge number of people are in the line.
