Huawei has launched Honor 8, Honor 8 Smart and Holly 3 starting at Rs. 9999. According to sources, the newly announced Holly 3 is the first “Made in India” smartphone from the popular Chinese-based smartphone manufacturer. While India-made Holly 3 is priced at Rs. 9999, the Honor 8 is available at Rs. 29999. However, the Honor 8 Smart is available for Rs. 19999.
Dubbed as a successor to Honor 7, the Honor 8 features a 12MP dual rear camera similar to that of iPhone 7 Plus. The phone offers a 5.2-inch FHD LTPS LCD display, HiSilicon Kirin 950 processor paired with a Mali-T880 MP4 graphics and 4GB RAM. On the software front, the handset is pre-loaded with Android 6.0 Marshmallow running on top of Huawei’s EMUI 4.1 UI.
Honor 8 features dual camera with LED flash
The Honor 8 offers a dual 12MP rear camera with dual LED Flash, f/2.2 aperture, and support for laser autofocus, dual-LED flash, geo-tagging, touch focus, HDR, and panorama. Talking about the front-facing snapper, the phone is equipped with an 8MP sensor with f/2.4 aperture.
Powered by a 3000mAh battery with fast charging support, the newly released Honor phone is capable of charging to 47 percent in 30 minutes using Smart Power 4.0. The handset offers all the standard sensors such as fingerprint, gyroscope, proximity, compass, and accelerometer.

Meanwhile, Honor 8 smart features a metal unibody design and single rear camera. Huawei has smartly modified the design with a refreshed Antenna with a screen to body ratio of 76.4 per cent.
On the specifications front, the Honor 8 Smart features a 5.2-inch FHD display, 2GB RAM, 16GB internal storage and Kirin 650 processor, which is comparatively slower than Kirin 950 chipset.
The phone flaunts a 13MP backside illuminated rear camera coupled with an 8MP front-facing snapper. The handset ships with the same 3000mAh battery without fast charging support.
Honor Holly 3 Specifications
Coming to Honor Holly 3, the 4G-enabled handset features a Kirin 620 processor, 2GB RAM, and 16GB internal storage (expandable up to 128GB) loaded with Android 6.0 Marshmallow on top of EMUI 4.1.
While the rear camera offers 13MP sensor, the front-facing snapper is equipped with an 8MP sensor. However, both sensors offer f/2.0 aperture. A 3100mAh battery completes the package. Honor 8 will be available in Pearl White, Midnight Black, Sapphire Blue, and Sunrise Gold color variants from Amazon, Flipkart, Honor official store and offline retailers.
