Moto G7, Moto G7 Plus and Moto Z4 key specifications leaked online

Leaked Moto G7 press render showcases waterdrop notch and dual cameras

The Lenovo-backed Motorola is tipped to launch its Moto G7 line-up followed by the flagship Moto Z4 smartphone in 2019. With the consequent leaks and rumours building up, we now have yet another report which potentially reveals some of the critical specs of the upcoming Moto G7, Moto G7 Plus and Moto Z4 devices.

As per the latest tweet by leakster Andri Yati, the Moto G7 will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 AIE SoC coupled with Adreno 512 GPU, aiming for a significant bump from the Moto G6 running on SD450. Furthermore, it will come with 4GB of RAM along with 32GB of onboard storage, and if the previous reports are to be believed, it will also be offered in a 64GB storage variant.

Moving on, the higher end Moto G7 Plus is tipped to pack in a Qualcomm Snapdragon 700 series processor. The actual name is yet to be confirmed, but it is most likely to be the popular Snapdragon 710 or any newer inclusion that appears before Moto’s launch event. It will bear 4GB/6GB of RAM along with 64GB GB internal storage.

Coming to the Moto Z4, it is tipped to pack in the upcoming Qualcomm Snapdragon 8150 SoC coupled with 6GB RAM and 64GB/ 128GB onboard storage. This is a great thing indeed, given the fact that its predecessor Moto Z3 came with a year old SD835 at the time of launch.

The tipster hasn’t revealed any of the other specs except for the chipset, RAM and storage details of the devices mentioned above.

The renders of Moto G7 and the Moto G7 Plus, leaked earlier this month showcases the adoption of a water-drop notch at the front, followed by the chin at the bottom that incorporates Motorola branding just like the Moto One Power. The back features a traditional Moto-styled circular dual camera module along with a dual tone LED flash. Moreover, we might witness the support for wireless charging, as hinted by the leaked Wireless charger.

That being said, the company will reportedly launch two more smartphones in G7-series including Moto G7 Play and Moto G7 Power. Let’s wait for the upcoming leaks and reports to reveal more. Till then, stay tuned.
