Hyundai Creta Anniversary edition, Executive and Automatic variant price and availability details

Hyundai Creta Anniversary edition

Korean automobile giant Hyundai has introduced three new variants of its Creta SUV in India. The new trims of the popular compact SUV released include the special 1st Anniversary edition Creta (SE), presented last month to Indian badminton sensation Sania Nehwal.

Besides, the other two variants introduced are Executive variant (E+) and S+ (Diesel) Automatic variant. The company has also launched a new Earth Brown color option that will be available for all Creta variants.

Hyundai Creta Anniversary Edition Specs

The new Anniversary Edition (SE) sports dual-tone exteriors, an integrated spoiler, C-pillar, sporty graphics and a glossy roof finished in black. It also gets 17-inch diamond cut alloy wheels as opposed to the regular 16-inch ones found on the standard models. The interiors rock a new all-black theme dashboard coupled with red accents and a leather-clad steering wheel.

The SE edition also gets a 7-inch touchscreen AVN system along with audio and Bluetooth controls. It will be available in both petrol and diesel options, with the former priced at Rs 12.23 lakh while the diesel trim gets a price tag of Rs. 13,76 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).

Hyundai Creta Executive variant Specs

While the Hyundai Creta E+ Executive variant has been priced at Rs. 9.99 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). It comes with a 121bhp, 1.6-litre VTVT petrol engine, and a 6-speed manual gearbox. Other key features include a 5-inch touchscreen audio system, electrically adjustable rear-view mirrors along with rear AC vents.

Hyundai Creta Automatic variant Specs

Finally, Hyundai has also introduced an automatic variant to the diesel portfolio of Creta. The S+ variant has been specifically introduced to keep up with the growing demands of automatic transmission vehicles. Priced at Rs. 13.59 lakhs, it gets the same 126bhp, 1.6L CRDi VGT engine mated to a 6-speed automatic gearbox.

Alongside the launch of three new variants of its compact SUV, the Korean car manufacturer also announced that Creta has already set a new benchmark in the compact SUV segment with 1.25 lakh units sold. Now that’s quite impressive given the fact that it’s hardly been a year since Creta made its India debut.

“We would like to take this opportunity and express our gratitude to the customers who have shown trust in The Perfect SUV – Creta. As India’s most loved auto manufacturer, we are committed to bringing best-in-class, modern and premium products for our aspirational customers. The introduction of three variants will add more value to the overall buying experience for customers,” said, Rakesh Srivastava, Hyundai India’s senior vice president.
