JioPhone has been revealed by Reliance today, and with JioPhone, Reliance is providing some of the most amazing data and voice offers. The monthly subscription with JioPhone is cheaper than the current Jio Plans which the company is currently offering to the Jio Prime members. The plan is also broken down to small sachets which let you choose for two days or a week.
The JioPhone is coming bundled with the Jio number and membership which Reliance is going to charge for you. The smartphone is “effectively free” which means you have to pay Reliance Rs. 1,500 while booking the phone, which will be get refunded to the customers after 36 months once you return the phone and Reliance did this for security purposes.
The voice calls will be free on JioPhone which is the best part, and Ambani said that Reliance is offering free voice calls to 1.25 million 4G customers since Jio launched. SMS messaging will also stay free, but the data will be affordable (not free). The monthly subscription of Rs. 153 the user will get voice and SMS free unlimited, but the 4G data is capped to 500MB per day post which the speed will reduce to 128kbps.
Reliance also released the JioPhone TV Cable which enables users to watch TV using the JioPhone and an accessory on your TV. It doesn’t matter if your TV is LCD or CRT, the accessory will come with all kinds of connectivity. The JioCable TV comes with a subscription amount of 309 per month.
