WhatsApp gets better with ability to draw on images, videos and addition of emojis

Whatsapp group chat

WhatsApp has been updated with new enhancements to the camera with the ability to write or draw on images and videos. Moreover, you will be able to add emoji to express yourself.

When you shoot a new image or capture a video, you will automatically view the new editing tools. You will also view the tools when you share an existing image stored inside your phone.

You can draw a big red heart to express how much you miss someone. You can also add favorite emojis including text with different color and font style.

WhatsApp adds front-facing flash

With support for front-facing flash, you will be able to capture a perfect selfie with the new WhatsApp camera features. The update has been designed in such a way that in low light and during night, you will be able to brighten up your display. This will improve the image quality to a great extent.

WhatsApp adds new zooming feature

The new update also adds a zooming feature to enable you to record videos conveniently. You just need to slide your finger up and down to zoom in and out. Furthermore, you can switch between rear and front-facing snappers by double tapping on the display.

Commenting on the release of new features, a WhatsApp spokesperson revealed that they are introducing new ways to customize and enhance the photos and videos you share with friends and family around the world.

Even though the new features are available to all Android platforms starting immediately, the company hasn’t updated the iOS platform with new functionalities. We expect the Facebook-owned mobile messaging platform to provide updates to iOS platform in the upcoming days.
