So, when the users book their tickets from BookMyShow will now receive a message on WhatsApp regarding the confirmation text, M-ticket (mobile ticket) QR Code, along with an email. Moreover, the now customers can easily interact with the customer’s support of the company to avail feedback in case of any mishap.
