Bollywood actor Shahrukh Khan has hosted a private dinner party for the Apple Inc. CEO, Tim Cook, who is on a maiden business trip to India. The dinner was organised on the Star’s residence Mannat today.
Apparently before the CEO landed in India, his team contacted Shahrukh Khan for the possibility of a meeting between the two. And Shahrukh decided to host a private dinner for Tim Cook.
According to a close source, Cook participated in a seminar-cum-workshop at Mehboob Studios in Bandra with the renowned filmmaker, Mahesh Bhatt. After the session, the CEO joined Shahrukh for dinner at his place.
Apart from Cook, the party was attended by many other celebrities. The guest list includes Parineeti Chopra, Farah Khan, Imtiaz Ali, Gauri Shinde, Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan with many others.
The Apple CEO is on a multi-day visit to India, he earlier went to the Siddhivinayakk Temple after landing in Mumbai on Wednesday. He is also expected to visit Hyderabad to unveil digital mapping centre.
