Xiaomi recently announced the availability of gorgeous looking Mi 6 in China for starting price of RMB 2,499 and comes with the mighty Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset. It is expected that India will see Mi 6 releasing by end of the next month.

Mi 6 has four-sided 3D curved glass and a stainless steel frame. It is available in three colors (Black, White, and Blue) as well as two special editions: Ceramic and Silver. The phone dimensions are 145.17 x 70.49 x 7.45mm.
The biggest shock here comes in form of a missing 3.5mm audio jack. Most users wouldn’t have thought of this when there were rumors of the Mi 6 being similar to the iPhone 7. The display is 5.5-inch, and the rear camera does a standard dual 12MP. Even the rear camera has some similarities with the iPhone 7. There is a mix of wide-angle and telephoto lens, with 10x digital zoom and 2x lossless zoom and optical image stabilization.
For good security, there is a glass fingerprint sensor at the front bottom. The RAM has been bumped up to 6GB. The device is powered by the latest processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC.

On paper, the smartphone appears to be competing with the likes of S8 and iPhone 7 with a humble price. Chinese brands are known to give the giants a run for their money with their high-end phones at affordable prices. How well the phone does in the market will be known only after the rollouts on 28th of this month. It will be available on Mi.com, Mi Home stores, and other partner sites in China. The 6GB + 64GB version is priced at RMB 2,499, the 6GB + 128GB version is priced at RMB 2,899 and the Ceramic edition is priced at RMB 2,999.
It is expected to hit Indian streets by the end of next month!
