Xiaomi Redmi 4 has been spotted on Tenaa with 3GB RAM and Snapdragon 625 processor onboard. According to sources, the smartphone dubbed to be the successor to the Redmi 3 handset will be equipped with Snapdragon 625 processor as per the listing on Tenaa.
Based on the information available from the leak, the Redmi 4 will ship with a 5-inch FHD display as opposed to HD display in Redmi 3. Moreover, the handset will run on Snapdragon 625 processor with a clock speed of 1.4GHz octa-core processor.
Xiaomi Redmi 4 will have same RAM and storage as in Redmi 3
There is no remarkable change regarding the RAM and internal storage since they are equivalent to Redmi 3. The leak reveals that the upcoming Redmi 4 will have 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage capacity. However, you will be able to expand the storage up to 128GB.

Talking about camera, the Xiaomi Redmi 4 is expected to ship with a 13MP rear camera sensor with dual LED flash. The front-facing snapper will have a 5MP sensor. The forthcoming Redmi 4 will be loaded with Android 6.0 Marshmallow on top of MIUI 8. There are reports of a fingerprint sensor in the top half of the rear side.

Like Redmi 3, the Xiaomi Redmi 4 is expected to ship with a 4000mAh battery. As per the latest speculation, the Redmi 4 is expected to be priced at CNY 699 (Rs. 7000). We can expect two variants of Redmi 4. The first one will not be equipped with a fingerprint sensor. However, the second smartphone, Redmi 4 Prime will have a fingerprint sensor.
Even though there is no official confirmation from Xiaomi, there are widespread rumors of an imminent November 2016 release. You can expect the launch of Redmi 4 in China around November end. However, it will take some time for the handset to arrive in India.
