Realme C2

After teasing the smartphones for a while, Realme has now finally launched the Realme 3 Pro and Realme C2 smartphone in India. Notably, being a mid-range smartphone, Realme 3 Pro will succeed the Realme 2 Pro. Whereas, the Realme C2 has been introduced as a successor to the last year’s Realme C1.

Realme C2 Specifications, Features

The Realme C2 features a 6.1-inch HD+ dewdrop display with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio and Gorilla Glass 3 protection on top. Made of plastic, the rear panel comes with the diamond cut design.

Under the hood, the Realme C2 is powered by 2GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio P22 chipset based on a 12nm process. Furthermore, there’s 2GB or 3GB of RAM along with 16GB or 32GB of internal storage, respectively.

For photography, this budget phone gets a 13MP primary camera along with a 2MP secondary depth camera at the back. Whereas, on the front, Realme C2 features a 5MP AI selfie camera. The phone also supports 480fps slow-motion video recording.

The phone runs Color OS 6 based on Android 9 Pie. A 4,000mAh battery backs all of this. Note that just like the Realme C1, the C2 relies on facial unlock rather than a fingerprint sensor. Lastly, connectivity options include a 3.5mm jack, microUSB port, dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 4.2, and 4G LTE. There’s also a triple card slot that supports two nano SIM cards and a microSD card slot.

Realme 3 Pro Specifications, Features

The Realme 3 Pro, on the other hand, comes with a larger 6.3-inch FHD+ display with a dewdrop notch. Again, the back is made of polycarbonate and comes with a glossy finish. Notably, the screen gets a contrast ratio of 1200:1 and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.

Under the hood, the Realme 3 Pro gets powered by the octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 AIE SoC coupled with 4GB RAM with 64GB storage or 6GB RAM with 128GB storage, depending upon the variant you opt for. It supports expandable storage via a microSD card up to 256GB.

In the camera department, Realme 3 Pro has a 16-MP primary Sony IMX519 sensor with a 5-MP secondary sensor as part of the dual rear camera setup. The camera can shoot 64MP pictures in Ultra HD mode besides 960fps super slo-mo videos. For selfies, the handset features a 25MP AI camera upfront.

On the software front, Realme 3 Pro runs Color OS 6 based on Android 9 Pie. A massive 4,045mAh battery backs all of this, supported by 20W VOOC Flash Charge 3.0. The company has also included a 5V 4A fast charger in the box. Lastly, connectivity options like dual-band WiFi, 3.5mm audio jack, GPS + GLONASS and microUSB port are present onboard.
