OnePlus has launched the Slate Gray version of the OnePlus 5 in India. OnePlus already launched this color variant in June but then with 6GB RAM and 64GB storage. Now, OnePlus 5 Slate Gray version comes with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant. OnePlus 5 Slate Gray is Amazon exclusive and priced at Rs. 37,999.
All the specifications of the OnePlus 5 are similar to the previous version except for the RAM and the storage capacity. It comes with a 5.5 inch Full HD Optic AMOLED display with 2.5D curved Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The display supports sRGB and DCI-P3 color coverage. OnePlus 5 comes with the latest and the most powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor-based on 10-nm technology clocked at 2.45 GHz paired with Adreno 540 GPU. The RAM is 8GB LPDDR4X RAM with 128GB UFS 2.1 internal storage which is the fastest storage in a smartphone now.
It comes pre-installed with Android 7.1 Nougat with Oxygen OS layered on it. OnePlus promised the next version of Android is releasing recently, Android 8 O. It supports dual SIM cards at the same time and comes with 4G VoLTE connectivity. It comes with dual camera setup with 16MP + 20MP sensor setup with dual LED flash. It has the f/1.7 aperture size with EIS and supports 4K recording at 30 fps and 1080p at 60 fps and 720p slow motion at 120 fps.
