The festive season is round the corner and cashing on the trends of the Indians to let loose the strings of their wallets in this festive season, the Indian subsidiary of the Japanese car-maker, Honda is coming up with a Special Edition, the new Honda Brio Exclusive Edition.
This Special Edition of the Honda Brio car is based on the S (MT) variant, and flaunts a chic black interior with premium upholstery, roof linings, as well as matching instrumental panel. It also comes with Tailgate Spoiler, and exclusive badges. Besides these, you get an additional Accessory kit comprising of a door visor, exhaust pipe finisher, back-up sensor, and illuminated side-step garnish.
The brand new Honda Brio Exclusive Edition will be available in three color options: Taffeta White, Alabaster Silver, and Rally Red.
Speaking about the reason for the launch of such a Special Edition, the Honda has said that the Brio Exclusive Edition has been launched as a commemorative model for celebrating the completion of two-years of Honda Brio sale in India. Till date, the Honda has sold 54,095 units of Brio in India. For the Special Edition, the mechanism remains the same as the regular Brio variant, along with the same 1.2L i-VTEC petrol engine. This indicates the car having a maximum power of 88PS and peak torque of 109Nm. Besides, the new edition, like its original version, will have five gears (four forward gears, and one reverse gear), and a collapsible electric power steering.
Being a Special edition, it’s obvious that the price of the car is kept Rs. 31,000 higher than its original variant, at Rs. 4, 92,000 (all prices are Ex-Showroom, Delhi).
