Android Nougat 7.0, Oxygen0S 4.0 arrives on OnePlus 3 & OnePlus 3T

OnePlus has finally started rolling-out the new Android Nougat 7.0 update for its OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 3T smartphones. In addition, the update will also arrive with the new OxygenOS 4.0 upgrade on both the smartphones.

Some of the new improvements and highlights of the update include:

  • New Notifications Design
  • New Settings Menu Design
  • Multi-Window View
  • Notification Direct Reply
  • Custom DPI Support
  • Added Status Bar Icon Options
  • Improved Shelf Customization

And just like in the past, this will be an incremental OTA update. It will reach a small number of users starting today, while a broader rollout is expected to begin in a few days. The company says the new update features several optimizations and improvements in key areas based on user feedback.
