Sony Xperia XZ is the company’s latest flagship smartphone and is now available on Amazon India at Rs. 49,990. Initially unveiled at IFA 2016 in Berlin, the device was recently launched in India at Rs. 51,990 and now gets a price cut of Rs. 2,000.

The Sony Xperia XZ packs a 5.2-inch Full HD display with Corning Gorilla Glass along with support for Sony’s proprietary Triluminous display technology. Under the Hood, the smartphone gets powered by the latest Snapdragon 820 processor bundled with 3GB of RAM and Adreno 530 GPU. As far as storage goes, the Sony Xperia XZ comes with 64GB of built-in storage out-of-the-box which further expandable to up to 200GB.

The highlight of the smartphone is its all new camera system. It is apparently the first smartphone to feature 5-axis image stabilization. On the back, the Sony Xperia XZ gets a 23MP camera with f/2.0 aperture, PDAF, and laser autofocus, LED flash, along with a 24mm wide angle lens. While there’s also a 13MP selfie shooter with f/2.0 aperture for taking low-light self-portraits.

Besides, the Sony Xperia XZ is also equipped with support for 24-bit lossless audio with active noise cancellation. While juicing up the smartphone is a 2900mAh battery with quick charge support. The device gets the latest USB Type-C port for charging and data transfer. The device also gets IP68 certification, making it resistant to dust and water.
In terms of OS, the Sony Xperia XZ runs Android Marshmallow out-of-the-box. The company has also announced an Android Nougat update for the Sony Xperia XZ scheduled for a roll out in about a month or so.
Priced at Rs. 49,990, the Sony Xperia XZ is now available on Amazon India along with retail stores across the country. The smartphone is available in Blue, Black, and Platinum color options.
