Asus has officially announced the availability of Asus Zenfone 3 Laser (ZC551KL) in Glacier Silver and Sand Gold colour variants at Rs. 18999 in India. The main attraction of the handset is the addition of 4GB RAM, which enables you to not only easily multitask but also run heavy applications. The smartphone is exclusively available on Flipkart.
Furthermore, the handset is designed in an aluminium body with rounded sides enhanced by diamond-cut chamfered edges. According to sources, the Zenfone 3 Laser is the latest offering from Asus that features premium specifications at an affordable price tag.
Commenting on the launch, Peter Chang, Region Head – South Asia & Country Manager for ASUS India disclosed that with the introduction of Zenfone 3 range in India, the company had unveiled a series of smartphones that appeal to a wide range of audience.
Chang added that the Zenfone 3 Laser is the perfect blend of affordability and luxury, with its high-class specifications at an affordable price tag. Moreover, with 13MP rear camera coupled with 0.03 seconds laser auto-focus ability, the phone will prove to be very useful for photography enthusiasts.
ASUS Zenfone 3 Laser features Bluelight Filter
On the specifications front, the Asus Zenfone 3 Laser features a 5.5-inch FHD IPS Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protected display with 2.5D contoured edges and a unique Bluelight Filter. The main advantage of the filter is that it reduces blue light emissions by up to 30%, thereby reducing eye fatigue. This feature will be useful for long hours of gaming and reading activity.

Talking about the internals, the Zenfone 3 Laser offers a 64-bit Snapdragon processor, Adreno 505 graphics, 4GB RAM and 32GB internal storage. The rear camera is equipped with 13MP PixelMaster camera Sony IMX214 sensor with f/2.0 aperture and 2nd generation 0.03s laser auto focus. The handset also flaunts an 8MP PixelMaster camera front-facing snapper with f/2.0 aperture and 89-degree wide view angle.
