Chinese manufacturer LeEco announced on June 17 that both their LeEco Le 2 as well as the Le Max 2 will go on sale beginning June 28. When announced by LeEco earlier this month, details on the LeEco Le 2’s availability were not revealed.
The LeEco Le 2 will be made available for a price of Rs. 11,999 and the Le Max 2 will cost Rs. 22,999 for the variant with 32GB of internal storage and 4GB of RAM, while the variant with 64GB of internal storage and 6GB of RAM will come at a price of Rs. 29,999. The two phones will go up on sale on LeMall, the company’s official e-commerce portal as well as their official online channel partners, Flipkart.
Registrations for the phones begin Monday, June 20, all the way until the very day of the sale. Registrations for the LeEco Le 2 will close on June 28 at 11AM IST while registrations for the Le Max 2 will be open until 1PM IST. The former will go on flash sale at 12PM IST while the latter will be made available to purchase at 2PM IST on the same day.
The COO of Smart Electronics Business at LeEco India, Atul Jain said that the company hoped the second generation of their smartphones would be at the top of customer’s lists due to their high-end specifications as well as additional offerings such as content services and freebies.
Those that purchase the LeEco phones during the flash sale on June 28 shall receive a free LeEco CDLA headset worth Rs 1,990 along with a content membership program worth Rs. 4,900.
Purchases made with an SBI card will be able to avail of a 10% cashback (maximum of Rs. 1,200 per card) on their purchases during the flash sale. This applies to those using SBI credit cards to make their purchase of LeEco’s phones on EMI too.
