The truck was carrying the iPhones from Okhla to Dwarka. DCP Ishwar Sing revealed that the duo was accompanied by a few others. They had held the driver captive, before dumping him near the Dwarka Link road. Two of the accomplices, Bhola and Pradeep are former drivers of the truck on the same route (they had left the job two weeks ago). The hijacking took place near the Rajokri flyover. The four accused members of the gang have been arrested and they have confessed to the crime. The police are actively searching for the remaining (number unknown) members.
The iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus, are about to come to India in three weeks’ time, but that in no way reduces the craze for the previous versions, especially the iPhone 5s with its exquisite design and a classic look, and of course the iPhone brand at Rs. 20,000. It is clear that the mastermind was planning to make the most of this craze.
The prices for the latest iPhones in India have been announced and it goes up to a whopping amount of Rs. 92,000, but the pre-order figures have reportedly gone up to four times than those of iPhone 6 and iPhone 6s.
