Lenovo has launched IdeaPad Y700 laptop with Intel Core i7 Skylake CPU at a price of under Rs. 1 lakh. Running on Windows 10 Home edition out of the box combined with 16GB of RAM and 4GB graphics memory on board, it is quite capable of serious gaming. Priced at Rs. 99,990, the Lenovo IdeaPad Y700 comes with a free Lenovo Y Gaming Backpack.
Shelling out an extra Rs. 2,499 will get you accessories worth Rs. 12,999 which includes a Lenovo Y Gaming surround sound headset with 7.1 virtual surround sound and is VoIP-ready with built-in controls, a Lenovo Y Gaming precision mouse with five levels of adjustable weight and a Lenovo Y Gaming mechanical switch keyboard featuring up to six customizable keys for macro recording.
The gaming laptop comes with a 15.6-inch full-HD IPS display and is powered by the Intel Core i7-6700 HQ processor. There is 16GB DDR4 (2133MHz) RAM and a Nvidia GTX 960M (N16P-GX) GDDR5 4GB (HYBRID) GPU to handle the graphics. The storage options include a 1TB 5400 RPM HDD with a 128GB SSD. The laptop comes with a 3D 1.0MP HD Camera powered by Intel RealSense 3D that supports hand gestures and facial expressions, 4-cell battery and an ‘optimized thermal cooling technology.’
An optional backlit keyboard with two levels of brightness control can also be availed.
