Samsung has officially rolled out the One UI 7 update, based on Android 15, to a wide range of Galaxy devices. This update brings a refreshed user interface, new features, and performance enhancements.
Galaxy S Series
The update began with the Galaxy S24 series on April 7, 2025, in South Korea, followed by a global rollout. Subsequently, the Galaxy S23, S22, and S21 series, including their FE variants, received the update. Users reported improvements in system stability and battery life.
Galaxy Z Series
Samsung’s foldable devices, including the Galaxy Z Fold 6, Z Flip 6, and their predecessors down to the Fold 3 and Flip 3, have been updated to One UI 7. The update enhances multitasking capabilities and introduces new gestures for easier navigation.
Galaxy A Series
Mid-range devices like the Galaxy A55, A54, A35, A16, and A15 have started receiving the update. The rollout began in South Korea and is expanding to other regions. Users can expect a redesigned Quick Settings panel and improved app icons.
Galaxy M Series
The Galaxy M35 5G is among the first in the M series to receive One UI 7. The update introduces the Now Bar feature, providing real-time updates on the lock screen, and revamps the notification panel for better usability.
Galaxy Tablets
Samsung’s tablets, including the Galaxy Tab S10, S9, and S8 series, as well as the Tab A9 and A9+, have been updated. The update brings enhanced productivity features and a more intuitive interface for larger screens.
How to Update
To check for the One UI 7 update:
- Go to Settings > Software Update.
- Tap Download and Install.
