Zoho introduced a wide range of new software products, which includes Zoho AppCreator, Notebook, Zoho Writer in addition to the new Gamescope, which is used to spice up Zoho projects. Introduced as part of the company’s 20th year celebrations, the Zoho AppCreator enables you to create custom mobile apps with no programming and coding experience.
While Notebook is launched as a productivity-boosting tool, the Zoho Writer enables you to compose documents from within the mobile with refreshed features like improved collaboration and UI. Gamescope, on the other hand, is a new feature included with Zoho Projects to turn work into a game.
Commenting on the sidelines of the new product launch, Sridhar Vembu, CEO, ZohoCorp revealed that the company is in the transformation stage since they are moving from the operating system for businesses to become the operating system for work. Moreover, the wide range of Zoho’s product suites enables people to complete any kind of work easily without prior knowledge of complex programming languages.
Developed to help users and businesses to easily build iOS, Android, and Windows Mobile apps, the Zoho AppCreator enables you to create apps by dragging and dropping fields including the ability to integrate gestures. With features like shareable apps, cloud connectivity, the Zoho AppCreator also provides a facility to convert offline data into an app.
With the help of Zoho Notebook, you will be able to create, organize and personalize notes and checklists including the ability to search notes with cloud integration.
Zoho also showcased the usage of Zoho Writer, which comes with a new refreshed minimalistic and clutter-free word processor with features like advanced collaboration, new fonts & templates, improved review system and real-time mobile integration.
Gamescope, available only for paid customers of Zoho Projects, encourages employees to play friendly games with each other and earn rewards immediately with simplified customization options.
While Zoho AppCreator is available on request, Notebook app is already available on Google Play Store for free. If you are already using a previous version of Zoho Writer, you will be eligible for a preview of the latest edition to enable you to test drive the new features followed by the public availability for both web and mobile users.
