OnePlus has launched the onePlus 5 smartphone in India two days after the global announcement in New York. The device comes with a 5.5-inches Full HD 1080p display and is powered by the Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 835 SoC coupled with 6/8GB RAM. The primary focus of the OnePlus 5 smartphone is its camera; it comes with 16+20-megapixel dual rear cameras.
Price and Availability: The OnePlus 5 with 6GB RAM with 64GB storage version is priced at Rs. 32,999 and 8GB RAM model with 128GB version costs you Rs. 37,999. The device will be available exclusively from Amazon.in starting from 4:30 PM today.

The OnePlus 5 sports a 5.5-inches Full HD (1920×1080 pixels) Optic AMOLED 2.5D curved Corning Gorilla Glass 5 display and DCI-P3 color coverage. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC clocked at 2.45GHz Octa-Core 64-bit 10nm Mobile Platform with Adreno 540 GPU. There is 6GB LPDDR4x RAM with 64GB storage (UFS 2.1 ) and another variant with 8GB LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB (UFS 2.1) internal storage. The OnePlus 5 runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat with Oxygen OS on top.
In the camera department, there is a 16-megapixel rear camera with Sony IMX398 sensor, dual LED Flash, f/1.7 aperture, 1.12μm pixel size, EIS, and a secondary 20-megapixel camera with f/2.6 aperture and can shoot 4K videos at 30fps. On the front, there is a 16-megapixel shooter with f/2.0 aperture for better selfies and video chats. The device rocks a Fingerprint sensor embedded into the home button just like the OnePlus 3 and 3T and Dirac HD Sound for better audio experience.
Connectivity features include 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11ac dual-band, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS/GLONASS/Beidou, USB Type-C, NFC. A 3300mAh battery with Dash Charge (5V 4A) support is on board.
