The Indian mobile manufacturer – Lava International has launched a new Dual-SIM budget 3G Android smartphone named “Lava Iris 414” in the market with a price tag of Rs. 4,049, which could be a good pick for the consumers looking to get affordable smartphones.
However, the budget handset Iris 414 has been listed on the company’s official website. But, still there is no official word on the availability of the handset.
The Lava Iris 414 sports a 4-inch WVGA TFT display with a screen resolution of 480 x 800 pixels. Powered by a powerful single-core processor clocked at 1GHz, the handset offers 4GB of ROM (expandable up to 32GB via microSD card) and 512MB of RAM giving you easy app performance.
The smartphone operates on latest Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system. Iris 414 sports a 3.2MP rear snapper with LED flash support and a VGA front-facing camera.
The Lava Iris 414 is packed with a 1,400mAh Li-ion replaceable battery, which company touts to deliver 12hrs of Talktime. The company also claims that the battery has higher shelf-life.
Whereas the connectivity option includes 3G, Wi-Fi, GPRS/EDGE and Micro-USB port. Being the entry level phone, the Lava Iris 414 doesn’t have Bluetooth like any other budget smartphones available in the market.
